How Our Mailback Program Works

Launch

  • Each participating location will receive the g2-PAK® mailback recycling service or custom collection bucket to collect eligible materials for recycling or beneficial use. We offer flexibility in container types and sizes to fit your specific needs.
  • Our Recyclogistics® logistical solutions team works with you to develop transportation, shipping, collection, and other measures to align with your goals, ensuring efficiency and compliance throughout the process.

Collection

  • Employees place acceptable items into the collection container, which is clearly labeled to meet regulatory standards.
  • Once full, simply seal the container and affix the prepaid shipping label to return it to g2 for processing.

Processing

  • Upon receipt, our warehouse team will weigh and sort the materials to determine whether they can be repurposed, reused, recycled, or beneficially used.
  • All materials are processed responsibly, and any reusable items are restored and managed appropriately.

Data

  • Access comprehensive reports on processed containers, including detailed data on materials collected and location-specific information, through eco-trak® software.
  • Monitor program performance and track your environmental impact in real time.

He has developed and managed a wide range of recycling alternatives for hazardous waste and non-recyclable materials, particularly in the retail sector. Prior to joining g2, Lou worked as an Environmental Compliance Manager in the custom coating and energy industries. With over 30 years of experience in environmental management, Scott is a certified environmental expert, holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Engineering from Northwestern University and an MBA from Roosevelt University. He is also a Certified Environmental Manager (CEM). Before joining g2, Scott worked as an environmental consultant advising commercial, retail, and industrial clients. His expertise includes hazardous waste management, recycling, and broader environmental strategies. Scott has also served as the Environmental Director for two national retail chains, where he oversaw environmental operations for thousands of stores.
